Starting janitorial service, or switching providers, should not be a project in itself. Our four-step process takes your facility from first walkthrough to a consistent cleaning routine with one point of contact the whole way.

Step 1: Walkthrough and Written Estimate

We visit your facility, note the spaces, surfaces, and traffic patterns that matter, and talk through your priorities and schedule. You receive a free written estimate with the scope and frequency spelled out. No deposit is required.

Step 2: Customized Cleaning Checklist and Scheduling

Before the first cleaning, we build a checklist specific to your facility: which rooms, which tasks, which nights, and any security or access instructions for keys, alarms, and lock-up. You approve the plan before service begins.

Step 3: Scheduled Cleaning Service

Our team cleans on the agreed schedule using the checklist, with equipment and supplies included. Restrooms, work areas, floors, glass, and trash are handled the same way, the same quality, visit after visit.

Step 4: Check-Ins and Quality Review

Your point of contact checks in, reviews the work with you, and adjusts the checklist as your facility changes: new tenants, new hours, new priorities. If anything is ever missed, we come back and make it right, backed by our 2-year warranty.
